December…??!!! Christmas already???!! Well, if you’re flummoxed that the year has shot by in the blink of an eye, then you’re not alone! But the festive season can only mean one thing, and that’s festive tours!
This month we’re running Harlots, Strumpets and Tarts Oh My!, our romp through Covent Garden’s 18th Century sex trade not once, not twice, but on THREE separate dates! It’s our regular tour but expect your host to be tinselled up like a christmas tree (a bit like the image below) and occasionally making terrible festive puns…
So if you fancy a bit of a saucy pre-crimbo treat, come and fill your…sacks (ahem) with the girls on our Stockingfiller Specials! 🫦
If sin and gin isn’t your thing at Christmas (WHAT?) and you’d like perhaps a more magical Yuletide experience, never fear! join on us Friday 13th (of course) for our classic Hex and the City tour, with a fun Midwinter solstice/Yuletide twist at the end of all the spooky witchy stuff.
Finally, if, like me, you find New Year’s Eve all a bit of a hyped up anti-climax, why not see in 2025 slightly earlier (on 29th December to be exact) with a morning stroll along the Thames, where you will regaled with tales of Southwark’s Roman prostitutes, Medieval nuns, Jacobean Madams and Victorian social reformers. We’re running Sinners, Saints and Saviours, the last tour of the year, earlier in the day to make the most of the daylight!
