Have a Herstorical New Year!
Should auld acquaintance be forgot? And never brought to mind? Not if I can help it! I hope you had a wonderful festive season. It’s already the end of another year and I’m quite keen to hold onto all the lovely acquaintances I made this year!
2024 Recap 💥
Two brand new tours, celebrity endorsements, a fringe festival and more. 2024 was probably our busiest and best year yet.
2024 kicked off with a private engagement tour for a gorgeous couple of fans in freezing January (!) It was such an honour to create this bespoke walk, which was a surprise for the bride to be, along the South Bank.
Then, inspired by the rich Herstory of this area, I launched a new tour Sinners, Saints and Saviours in May, which is proving increasingly popular.
But that wasn’t the only new tour - In February I launched Votes for Women! - our Suffragette walk with the Bow Street Police Museum on the anniversary of the 1918 Representation of the People’s Act.
Hex and the City and Harlots and Strumpets and Tarts continue to go on strong, we had a few memorable private tours in the spring, including for AMC Networks and the WI.
Halloween month was predictably full of witch tours and speical events, including a special performance for the Chelsea Physic Garden and our usual Last Tuesday Society talk.
Then in November I wrote a piece for the Croydon fringe festival based on a tale of a Croydon witch, while December has been full of tinselled Harlots and Yuletide Witches, culminating in our ‘betwixtmas’ Sinners and Saints river walk.
That’s not to mention the surprise celebrity fans we gained this year, a podcast appearance, a tarot deal, Herstories of the month, and all the gorgeous new followers and friends who have supprted and continue to support Herstorical Tours. I can’t thank you enough. Here is a short video I made to recap the year in photos!

2025…The End of the Patriarchy?
I mean…that would be nice wouldnt it? But I’m not promising I can achieve that. What I will promise though, is that Herstorical Tours will have plenty more exciting things to help this goal along next year! We will continue our tours each month starting in February (January will be a break - too cold!) with an (anti) Valentines (GALentines) Harlots Special on the 14th and 15th💘 Book here
What will be new this year? A new tour? A special event? A collaboration? As always, Herstorical Tours is making plans, writing, researching new ideas and keeping mum about all of it, so as not to jinx any of it! 😂 so watch this space and each month, as per usual, I will update you on what’s going down. But rest assured, it will be fun and exciting and possibly, unexpected!

What I can tell you now is that if you book a private tour for your special event - whether it’s a hen party, a birthday party or a corporate do before the end of January you will get 20% off the minimum rate. So all that remains for me to say now is, have a wonderful New Year. May 2025 bring you success and abundance and may you slay your enemies with ease.
